These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and yx999 ("yx999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the yx999 online gaming platform accessible at yx999.bet and through the yx999 mobile application.

• Be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law;

Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account suspension.

yx999 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account where the identity, age, or eligibility of the player cannot be satisfactorily verified.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the yx999 platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under your own name or any other name — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. yx999 uses technical and procedural controls to detect multiple accounts.

Where multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are identified, yx999 reserves the right to close all such accounts, consolidate or void all balances and pending bets across those accounts, and permanently ban the individual from the platform. Any winnings derived from play conducted while holding multiple accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yx999 login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP or two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

yx999 will not be liable for any losses, damages, or harm resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to protect your login information. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or financial activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. yx999 may apply a dormancy administration fee to accounts in this state as permitted under applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any fee is applied and will have an opportunity to reactivate their account prior to the fee being deducted.

yx999 accepts deposits through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. yx999 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at its discretion with appropriate notice to players where reasonably practicable.

• All deposits must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless yx999 explicitly states otherwise;
• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of deposit;
• Funds deposited to your yx999 account must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted;
• yx999 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility;
• Deposits are typically credited to your yx999 account within seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 1–4 hours for bank transfers, subject to your payment provider's processing times.

yx999 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on deposits and to request supporting documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns. Deposits may be held pending verification in such circumstances. yx999 complies with internationally recognised AML standards and will report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities as required.

Players may request withdrawal of their available balance (i.e., real money funds not subject to active wagering requirements) at any time through the Withdrawal section of the yx999 platform. The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name and that match the identity on your yx999 account;
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. yx999 may request updated documentation at any time for ongoing compliance;

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) and the timeframe within which it must be met are specified per promotion;
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full;
• Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount;
• Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion;

The following rules apply to all sports betting and event wagering activities on the yx999 platform, including cricket betting (PSL, ICC events, T20 Internationals), football, kabaddi, UFC, and all other sports and events listed on yx999:

A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation from yx999 showing the stake, odds, and selection. In-play bets are subject to a brief delay for odds recalculation. yx999 reserves the right to refuse any bet or part of a bet without providing a reason, including bets that exceed applicable stake limits.

Odds displayed on yx999 are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. yx999 will settle all bets at the odds shown on the bet confirmation. Results are determined based on the official result issued by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of ambiguity, yx999's determination of the result shall be final.

yx999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds arising from a technical error, data feed error, or human input error. yx999 will notify affected players and refund stakes on voided bets. The identification of obvious errors is at yx999's sole discretion, applied consistently and in good faith.

In the event of a sporting event being postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, yx999 will settle affected bets in accordance with the specific rules for the sport or event type concerned. Generally, if an event does not commence within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.

All casino games and slot titles available on the yx999 platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, and other certified providers. The Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in these games are independently audited and certified.

• Game results are determined entirely by the RNG systems of the respective game providers. yx999 has no ability to influence, adjust, or manipulate game outcomes;
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game provider and are published within each game's information panel;
• yx999 is not responsible for any technical malfunction, interruption, or disconnection that occurs during gameplay. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yx999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Opening or operating more than one account per person;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account;
• Money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity;

• Technical failures, connectivity issues, or errors in third-party game software;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit yx999's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may close your yx999 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (subject to KYC verification) will be returned to you through your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be voided upon account closure.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination, including the settlement of any outstanding bets.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable international gaming regulations under which yx999 holds its operating licence. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through yx999's internal dispute resolution process, which is initiated by contacting customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory or dispute resolution body as prescribed by the applicable regulatory framework. yx999 will cooperate fully with any such proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the specific terms of any active promotions, constitute the entire agreement between you and yx999 with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
